Agatha gets important winning brackets The well-bred Saint Agatha gained a breakthrough success with a convincing win in the fillies handicap at Cork. Fozzy Stack’s charge hit the front a furlong-and-a-half from home, under Seamie Heffernan, and pulled clear late on to record a three-and-three-quarter length success. The 6/1 winner had been placed in two maidens and was making her second handicap start. She is a daughter of Group 3 winner Scream Blue Murder and a half-sister to three stakes performers including Listed winner Too Soon To Panic, the dam of Group 1 winner Thesecretadversary. Heffernan said afterwards:- "I thought plenty of her last year and she had a very good first run at the Curragh, but has disappointed since. "She has been working well on the grass lately and Fozzy said the ground wouldn't be a problem. “She was down to a mark of which we thought she was way above and hopefully now she can get back up to what we thought she was.
