Mouse Morris has his sights set on the John Thomas McNamara Ladbrokes Munster National at Limerick with Alpha Des Obeaux.
A smart novice last season, the seven-year-old numbered a fourth place to Might Bite in the RSA Chase at Cheltenham in March among his efforts, while he was also third in the Drinmore Chase at Fairyhouse.
Morris said: "Alpha Des Obeaux will probably go for the Munster National, and he seems in good form at home.
"My horses were all sick last season, but hopefully they are all better now. We've had a couple of winners lately from just a few runners which is encouraging.
"I don't think the ground makes that much difference to him now at this stage."
