Arazan on Guineas trail Trainer John Oxx has the 2,000 Guineas in Arazan's sights, following a pleasing winter for the colt. Oxx stated "the winter has gone well for him. He had a little holiday in October and came back to me in early November. "He has had a trouble-free run since then and is reasonably forward and just started some fast work. The plan is to aim for the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket - probably without running him beforehand. "There is a little concern about fast ground as he likes some ease so there is a question mark about getting that at Newmarket as it is always pretty fast there. That will be a decision for later on if we are going well with him but we are happy with the horse and he is in good shape."
