Fran Berry continues in his long quest to be Irish Champion Jockey and moved onto the 28 winner mark for the season, three behind leader Pat Smullen, when partnering Blaze Brightly to win the www.listowelraces.ie Median Auction Maiden at Listowel today.

Afterwards winning trainer Jessica Harrington reported “we ran Blaze Brightly over the wrong trip the last day and she didn’t stay – she is as tough as old boots though and I’m delighted to win with her.”
