Big Generator aims to up the ante Big Generator bids to give a timely boost to his value before he goes under the hammer at the Doncaster Sales on Wednesday when he lines up at Worcester on Sunday. The eight-year-old will have his last run for County Wexford trainer Paul Nolan in the toteplacepot Handicap Chase over an extended two miles. "He's going to the sales in Doncaster a couple of days after the race, so this will be his last run for us," said Nolan. "He's been a good old campaigner and has been consistent through the summer. He takes his chance off a 5lb higher mark than in Ireland. "He's an exposed horse so maybe the handicapper has him, but he deserves to take his chance and he's in good form. "He's a good, sound horse and I hope he runs well as it will be his last run for me. I hope he gives as much luck to his next owner as he has brought for us. "We've booked Richard Johnson. He's the second-most winning rider after Tony McCoy so it's great to have him on our side."
