Bolger & Manning take D'Royal finale The Jim Bolger trained Admodum (6/1), under Kevin Manning, overturned 8/11 favourite Ex Patriot to win the concluding Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Median Auction Maiden at Down Royal today. Ex Patriot set out to make all but was eventually pegged back by Admodum inside the final furlong, which scored a half length win. Afterwards Manning said: "The step up in trip was a huge help.
