Bolger buoyed by Sanus showing Jim Bolger next year expects "massive" improvement from Sanus Per Aquam following his honourable performance in the Dubai Dewhurst Stakes on Saturday. The Teofilo colt was no match for Air Force Blue, beaten six lengths into third place, but Bolger is adamant his inmate is not suited by the track at Newmarket. With a return to England for the 2000 Guineas seemingly already having been ruled out, Sanus Per Aquam is likely to be campaigned next season with a view to the Curragh equivalent. "It was a very good run as this isn't his track," said Bolger. "He won't be coming here again. "I hope to have him for the 2000 Guineas at the Curragh and I expect to see a massive amount of improvement next year."
