Ger Lyons gave the following update, via twitter, on last night's Topaz Mile hero, Brendan Brackan.

He tweeted: "Brendan Bracken licked his pot clean & is ready for a morning in his paddock. All the stars aligned for him last night & he was awesome.

"We have declared Brendan Bracken for the Betfred Mile on Friday at Goodwood. Drawn 12, felt it a free bet as his rating may rise today!"
