This afternoon's planned schooling card at Bangor has been called off due to the adverse weather.
The track was due to host the first ever meeting of its type in Britain, but the windy conditions have prompted clerk of the course Andrew Morris to call off today's session and reschedule the event for Friday.
He said: "It's not right for people to travel horses in the wind conditions we have locally. We have cancelled today and rescheduled for Friday."
