Bumper winner Look Me completes double for Mullins After winning the featured Bobbyjo Chase earlier with Grangeclare West, Willie Mullins doubled up in the Fairyhouse finale when 4/9 favourite Look Me took the www.justlite.com Ian Smith Memorial (Pro/Am) Flat Race. The Jeu St Eloi gelding had been second at last year’s Easter meeting at this track when in the care of Stuart Crawford. Here, on stable and seasonal debut, the five-year-old tracked market rival and front-runner Detroit Maverick and was pushed along to head that one over a furlong out. Ridden out by Patrick Mullins, he came five lengths to the good in the colours of Simon Munir and Isaac Souede. Assistant trainer David Casey commented “He did it well, he had been working away well. “Obviously he had a nice run here last year in the sales bumper, he had a bit of course form. “We were slightly concerned about the ground being so heavy, especially with Gordon’s horse having a run this season. “He did it well in the end, he was a little bit keen. Hopefully he’ll progress from this.” Additional reporting by Gary Carson
