Burke back riding at Naas Jonathan Burke returns from injury this weekend to partner Goonyella in the Woodlands 100 Club Leinster Handicap Chase at Naas on Sunday. The rider has been on the sidelines since taking a heavy fall at Thurles on 28th of January. Burke told our #TalkingTuesday column on Facebook this week: "I had two minor fractures in my neck but I didn't require a brace and although I knew there was something wrong for the first two-weeks, I was always mobile and after that I was fine. "I’m looking forward to getting back in action this weekend. I started riding out again Wednesday last week and I schooled a couple around Leopardstown at the weekend. We galloped all our main Cheltenham hopes with Henry de Bromhead today (Tuesday) so it is all systems go now.
