CRISIS TO BE DISCUSSED ON MORNING LINE Cheltenham clerk of the course Simon Claisse will be among the guest`s on Channel 4`s Morning Line programme tomorrow morning.Grand National-winning trainer Ted Walsh will join the English Jockey Club`s chief veterinary advisor Peter Webbon, British Horseracing Board director Teresa Cash as they discuss the effects of the foot and mouth crisis.Channel 4 Racing executive producer Andrew Franklin said: 'This is a testing time for all those involved in equine and agriculture industries.'However, with restrictions in place and developed codes of practice we, like many, hope racing will resume as soon as possible.'With the afternoon`s racing coverage cancelled, there will be a special update on the racing situation at 2.40pm.
