Calmer waters ahead for Hellorhighwater Trainer Natalia Lupini is lowering the sights of Hellorhighwater after his below-par return in the Tote Irish Cambridgeshire. The lightly-raced four-year-old joined Lupini after winning his maiden at the third attempt for Gavin Cromwell. He scored on stable debut at Limerick in gutsy fashion, getting up by a nose, and looked like he would improve from that run, as it was only his fourth start. After being off the track for over three months, the son of Sergei Prokofiev was pitched into the deep end at the Curragh. Although disappointing, improvement can be expected next time, with a drop-down in grade to a Cork handicap looking likely, as well as natural progression from his first run after a break. Natalia Lupini, who also had a two-year-old winner with Sovreigns Joy on Friday night at Down Royal, commented on Hellorhighwater: "He's entered (in the Sovereign Path), but we are not sure if we will go on the back of the Cambridgeshire. Maybe he is going to need a little bit more time. "He suffered a little setback in his race in Limerick after he won. It was just a puncture wound, but it knocked him back a little bit.
