Captain at ease Tracey Collins is giving Captain Joy a well-deserved break following his Fast Track Qualifier success at Lingfield earlier this month. The six-year-old booked his place on All-Weather Championships Finals day on April 3 (Good Friday) with a length-and-a-quarter victory over Alfred Hutchinson in a one-mile conditions stakes at the Surrey venue. Collins has yet to decide whether to take Captain Joy to Dundalk for a prep run or keep him for finals day. "There's a possibility he might go to Dundalk on March 6. There's another qualifier there, or he'll go straight to Lingfield," said the Curragh trainer. "He's very well. He's going to have a little break now. "He may bypass Dundalk as the main target is Lingfield."
