Sir Michael Stoute's charge, owned by the Queen, was third when sent off favourite for the Investec Derby and could be joined in the field by Ed Dunlop's Epsom fifth Native Khan. Aidan O'Brien may have lost Recital from his team but still has four entries with Roderic O'Connor joining Epsom runner-up Treasure Beach, the fourth home Memphis Tennessee and the disappointing Seville. Best Hello, Dunboyne Express and Notable Graduate complete the nine entries. Paddy Power make Carlton House the 5-4 favourite.
