Casamento set for the Racing Post Casamento is set to be supplemented for the Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster in two weeks' time. Trainer Michael Halford believes the Sheikh Mohammed-owned colt has come on for his victory in the Beresford Stakes at the Curragh last month. And should all be well next Saturday, he will add Casamento to the field for the Group One over a mile. "We're delighted with him. He's been in great form since the Beresford and he seems to have even progressed from there," the County Kildare handler told At The Races. "He's a lovely, laid-back horse and a lazy-enough worker at home, but when you ask him he always responds which is the sign of a really good horse. "His work has been good and if all checks out well with him next weekend, we'll supplement him for the Racing Post."
