Coming into this event as a maiden under rules, Casey Top with Bryan Cooper up, made his race winning move between the third and second last hurdle and he pinged the last on the way to a five length victory over Ronan O'Gara's Your Busy
Casey Top is owned by his breeders, the Casey Brothers Syndicate, from Gorey in County Wexford. The winning son of Topanoora, an 8/1 chance, is now a possibility for Galway.
Meanwhile for local 7Ib claimer Cooper this was a second winner at Killarney.
