The Noel Meade trained Caught U Sleeping is set to make her seasonal debut in the Group 3 Ballylinch Stud Priory Belle Stakes at Leopardstown on Sunday.

A winner on her racecourse debut at Naas last August, the daughter of Cotai Glory finished third in a Listed race on her second start, before ending the season when towards rear in a Group 3 race at the Curragh.

With her best trip yet to be decided, Meade is on something of a fact finding mission at the weekend:

“She runs on Sunday and we’ll see where we go then.

“I think she probably wants more than seven furlongs but she’s very free. I thought we’d be better starting her off over seven and then we’ll see where we go from there.”
