Clonmel remains waterlogged ahead of Friday fixture

Cancelled last Thursday due to waterlogging and refixed for this coming Friday, the track at Clonmel remains unfit for racing.

An official tweet from the IHRB this morning said: "Following 18mm of rain over the weekend, parts of the track at Clonmel remain waterlogged and unfit for racing, where raceable the ground is heavy. Possibility of up to 20mm (approx) of rain this week. Situation being monitored."

Meanwhile at Punchestown the going remains heavy ahead of racing on Wednesday, with further rain forecast for the coming days.
