Collier Fine After Near-Miss Alan Swinbank has reported his stable star Collier Hill to be in fine form after his gallant effort in the At The Races Curragh Cup.The eight-year-old, who has won over #1 million in prize money, was beaten a head by John Oxx's Kastoria in the Group Three contest on Saturday and Swinbank's charge looks set to go on his travels again when he recovers from his exertions.'He's on the ferry and he's fine.' said Swinbank.'He's eaten up but he's just a little sore on his off-fore.'We've got no complaints, we were second to a very good horse on the day but he'll be on his travels once more.'There are no races for him in England, he's really difficult to place but he's definitely as good as ever.'He will probably go for the Irish Leger again as one mile and six furlongs is his trip and he loves it at the Curragh.'There is also a race in Cologne that I've got my eye on, the IVG Pries Von Europa which is a Group One over a mile and a half. He's won there before so we might try going again.'As well as that, the Melbourne Cup is also at the back of our minds.' (C) PA Sport
