Cothrom Na Feinne wins easily Trainer Desmond McDonogh and jockey John Cullen combined together to take the Kileen Sports Grounds Handicap Hurdle. Cullen sent the Jackie Bolger owned gelding to front with a circuit to go and the pair forged clear from the last to win by an easy seven lengths. Winning trainer McDonogh said afterwards: "John [Cullen] gave him a cracking ride and the horse just loves jumping." "He's very clever in the way he jumps and we thought he'd run well in some maidens. We thought he would love it around here on that type of ground."
