Crawford eyeing Scottish National Fine Rightly could contest the Coral Scottish Grand National on Saturday week. Stuart Crawford's stable star has enjoyed a fine season thus far, winning prizes at Navan, Down Royal and Cork, as well as finishing a fine third in February's Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown. He barely came off the bridle when landing the Imperial Call Chase last month and Crawford will consider a trip to Ayr if ground conditions are in his favour. "The owner would be more than happy to put him away, but if the rain keeps falling, he could go to Ayr for the Scottish National," said the County Antrim-based trainer. "He's come out of his last race at Cork very well." Fine Rightly has won five of his nine starts over fences and has only once finished outside the first three. The eight-year-old can be backed at 25-1 for the Scottish Grand National on April 16.
