Crypto Force could make his seasonal debut in the Group 3 Tote Alleged Stakes at the Curragh on Saturday provided he pleases connections in a workout.

The son of Time Test was a smart juvenile for Michael O’Callaghan winning the Group 2 Beresford Stakes at the Curragh but was then sidelined for over 18 months.

He didn’t really progress in six outings for Adrian Murray last year including when third, beaten 11 lengths, behind White Birch in the Group 1 Tattersalls Gold Cup.

AMO Racing representative Ryan McElligott said, "He missed a couple of engagements earlier in the season and if he comes through a bit of work okay, I'd say he might well go.

"I think he ran quite well in it last year coming back off a very long lay-off.

"He's in good order and we are looking forward to getting him back and hoping he will be competitive at that sort of level again."
