Hugo Palmer will give German 1000 Guineas winner Hawksmoor an entry in the Group Two Kilboy Estate Stakes at the Curragh next month.

Having her first run for new owners Lael Stable, the Azamour filly fended off several challenges in the straight to win the Group Two by half a length.

The aim now is to bag a win at the highest level but Palmer will first consider a trip to Ireland.

He told his Betfair blog. " She is not the extravagant type who will win by four or five lengths, but she does try.

"She will be entered in the Group Two Kilboy Estate Stakes over nine furlongs at the Curragh on Irish Oaks weekend.

"Other obvious targets for her would include the Falmouth Stakes, and then you have races like the Matron Stakes, Sun Chariot and the Nassau, which could also be an option for (Oaks runner-up) Architecture."
