Cybersnow disqualified from four races Following the decision taken by the Referrals Committee which was published on 11th May 2010 that Cybersnow owned by James Ferry (USA), under the name of Man About Town, had taken part at an unrecognised meeting in Magheraboy, Co. Donegal on 28th June 2009, the Committee have ordered that in pursuance of Rule 275(ii), he is disqualified from any races in which he ran subsequent to that date.
