John 'Shark' Hanlon is pleased the Kerry Group Hilly Way Chase has been moved to Navan on Monday from Cork after Sunday's scheduled meeting at the Mallow circuit was abandoned due to waterlogging.
The two courses are different with Cork being right-handed and Navan going the other way and Hidden Cyclone has already been successful at the latter venue this season, winning the Fortria Chase last month.
"I'm delighted. The horse runs well around Navan and I would rather it be there than at Cork," said the County Carlow handler.
"The ground will be soft, but what about it? He'll be there with his chance. Willie (Mullins) has got two in there but we'll have a go."
Horse Racing Ireland officials moved quickly to switch the Grade Two feature to Navan following Cork's demise due to flooding.
The same five horses have been declared, with Mullins saddling the last two winners of the race in Felix Yonger and Twinlight
Mullins is also happy the race has been saved.
"I'm delighted they got the Hilly Way on," he said.
"It's good as we need all those races. The horses that contest them only have a certain amount of races they can go for.
"The ground is a worry for Felix Yonger, but it would have been the same in Cork. I'm delighted that they got the race on and have to thank Navan and HRI for the adjustment."
Henry de Bromhead's 2012 scorer Days Hotel and the Gordon Elliott-trained Bright New Dawn complete the quintet.
