Dance Night Andday missed out on an engagement at Leopardstown on Thursday evening and will now be rerouted to the Listed NFP Irish EBF Platinum Stakes at Cork next week.

“Unfortunately she came in season and couldn’t run in Leopardstown,” explained trainer Ross O’Sullivan.

“She’s in the Platinum Stakes at Cork next Thursday and we’ll go there all being well. She was second in the race last year.

“Seven (furlongs) is an ideal trip for her.”

The Buratino mare has proved a great servant to connections winning four times including the valuable Sovereign Path Premier Handicap at Leopardstown last September.

She has also filled the runner-up spot on her latest two starts this season over seven furlongs including the GAIN Summer Fillies Handicap on Irish Derby Day at the Curragh.
