Dawn Approach and Toronado are on track to clash in the QIPCO Sussex Stakes at Glorious Goodwood on Wednesday following the latest entry stage.

Jim Bolger's star bounced back from his Epsom Derby flop to get the better of Toronado in the St James's Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot, winning by just a short-head.

The star pair could be joined in the mile Group One race by stablemates Olympic Glory (Hannon) and Leitir Mor (Bolger), although the former is more likely to have his next start in the Prix Jacques le Marois next month.

Meanwhile Aidan O'Brien has entered Reply, Gale Force Ten and recent Coral-Eclipse second Declaration of War.

John Gosden's progressive Gregorian has an entry, as does Roger Varian's Aljamaaheer, although he could head to the Lennox Stakes a day earlier, along with Kevin Ryan's Glory Awaits.

As well as Dawn Approach, Godolphin have Sajjhaar and Tawhid among the 13-strong entry, which is completed by David Simcock's Trade Storm.
