Death of John Fowler John Fowler, trainer, tragically lost his life today, on his own lands at Rahinston, Summerhill, Co. Meath. That brilliant racemare, Maid Of Money under the late Anthony Powell, represented Fowler at a high level in the late 80s. Opera Hat was another of the fairer sex that excelled for him, this one enjoying a long fruitful career in the 1990s. Of course the Fowler family host the Meath Hunt and Tara Harriers point-to-point each April.
