Down Under delights Flood Down Under could step up in grade after he caught the eye with a nice success at Leopardstown over Christmas. The eight-year-old showed plenty of stamina to account for Montana Slim by a length and three-quarters in a handicap chase over two miles and five furlongs. Trainer Francis Flood said: "He won well and we were delighted to get a win out of him. "He stays well and is a tough horse, probably a bit better than we thought. "We haven't any real plans at the moment, but we can now give him a bit of a chance in a better race."
