The four-day Tramore August Festival meeting continues at Tramore this evening while there is also Flat action on the Polytrack at Dundalk this afternoon.

The €50,000 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Red God Handicap is the highlight at Dundalk and Game Point bids to provide Ger Lyons with his fifth win in the extended 1m2f feature since 2013.

The Blue Point gelding has proved a frustrating sort to follow filling the runner-up spot on his latest five outings and now receives weight all round on his first handicap start.

The ‘Red God’ goes to post at 5.10 with an eight-race card at Dundalk getting underway at 1.45.

The going at Tramore remains good following a dry night and watering at the south-eastern seaside venue with fresh ground on the hurdle course.

Willie Mullins struck with his only runner at Tramore yesterday evening and has a number of strong chances this evening including Spanish Harlem, Quarry Tiepy and Highland Realm

The seven-race card commences at 5pm.
