Natalia Lupini's stable warmed up for Irish Champions Festival with a double at Down Royal on Friday evening and the trainer is looking forward to Dunum's participation in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Sovereign Path Handicap over seven furlongs at Leopardstown on Saturday.

The eight-year-old Ivawood gelding enjoyed a lucrative Galway Festival in landing the valuable Colm Quinn BMW Mile Handicap before finishing third in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Ahonoora Handicap five days later in Ballybrit.

Lupini said: "Dunum is going for the Sovereign Path. He did well two years ago in finishing second.

"He seems in good form and came out of Galway well - he won there and his third in the Ahonoora was a great run as well.

"He has been freshened up since Galway and is fit.

"We are very much looking forward to it."
