The Joseph O'Brien-trained Duvessa was an easy winner of the Family Funday at Dundalk August Fillies' Maiden for jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle.

Having been sent off the 8/13 favourite, the daughter of Make Believe coasted through the race and, when asked for her effort by jockey McMonagle, she extended impressively to win by 6 1/2 lengths.

Speaking after the race, jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle said:

"She was going to get this trip well.

"They just quickened off the bottom of the straight and I just had to keep her up to her work, but it was never really in doubt once we straightened up and she got into top gear.

"She has kept lengthening all the way and she has hit the line good.

"Hopefully she is not done with winning."
