Eile aims for November repeat Al Eile goes for his second win in the Leopardstown November Handicap on Thursday - five years after his first success in the race. John Queally's stable stalwart may now be approaching 10 years of age but he showed at Aintree in April all of his ability remains intact. Going for an incredible fourth win in the Aintree Hurdle, he finished a close-up sixth behind Solwhit and Fiveforthree. Queally is eyeing the WBX.com "Fighting Fifth" Hurdle at Newcastle on November 28, a race in which he finished second to Harchibald two years ago, if all goes well at Leopardstown. "He runs tomorrow. He's won it before and been second in it and we couldn't start him off in the Cesarewitch at Newmarket because the ground was too quick," said Queally. "This falls in to place nicely, but the ground has gone from one extreme to the other as it is heavy now, which would be a slight concern. "The 'Fighting Fifth' is the plan. He split Harchibald and Katchit so we know he goes well there and, long term, Aintree is the aim again."
