Fahey ponders Memories plan Paul Fahey is considering the next plan of attack for Lots Of Memories after a good effort from the front in Monday's Topaz Novice Chase at Leopardstown. Following an impressive victory at Navan earlier in the month, the seven-year-old stepped up to the highest level for the first time and eventually faded to finish an honourable third behind Don Poli and Apache Stronghold. While proud of his stable star's efforts, Fahey believes he could have performed even better had there been another horse to make the pace. "He ran a blinder, and it's a shame there wasn't something to tow him along and give him a bit of a lead as I think he's a better horse off it (the pace)," he told At The Races. "He did the donkey work the other day, but he couldn't sit behind them horses. "We'll go back to the drawing board and see where we go with him."
