The King Of Brega bounced back to form in Down Royal and now guns for a big pot in the EasyFix Handicap Chase at Fairyhouse today.

On his first run for Henry de Bromhead in the north, he made relentless headway from what seemed to be a hopeless position at the fourth-last.

He got up by half a length and the former course winner would have to go on any shortlist for this 50,000-euro contest.

The FKM Group Supporting Temple Street Hospital Handicap Hurdle is ferociously competitive with 16 horses due to go to post. Wes Hardin for Noel Meade and Ger Fox, should run his race and has prospects of prize-money. He had several of these rivals behind when runner-up to Colla Pier in Punchestown. Alvisio Ville who was seventh in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham, is hard to get away from on his debut over fences for Willie Mullins in the Auld Stand Ratoath/Kellys Pub Ashbourne Beginners Chase. Indian Fairy Miss Dinamic and Solita all hold chances in the six-runner Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Mares Handicap Chase. Tombstone hacked up in a Down Royal bumper by 11 lengths but could face a tougher task in division one of the Like Fairyhouse On Facebook Maiden Hurdle. Pylonthepressure s sole defeat came in the Grade One champion bumper at Punchestown and he could be a smart recruit to hurdling for Mullins.

In division two of the maiden hurdle, Mullins runs Punchestown winner Nambour who could be made to battle by Dermot Weld's Flat winner Timiyan and Tony Martin's Corri Lindo who won his point-to-point when trained by Damian Murphy by eight lengths.
