Fakenham to inspect Fakenham's meeting on Easter Monday must survive an 8am precautionary inspection on raceday morning. Officials at the Norfolk circuit are taking no chances as overnight temperatures could dip to as low as minus 3C. Clerk of the course David Hunter said: "We had minus 4C on Saturday night which left some frost in the exposed parts of the ground. "I don't envisage any problems, but it would be silly not to stage a precautionary inspection just in case the forecasters have got it wrong."
