Faro Island gives Lee a brace After his win on Love Bomb in the opener, Billy Lee completed a double at Down Royal when producing the Andy Oliver-trained Faro Island (11/2) from off the pace to land the Pravha Handicap over 1m3f. Third on handicap debut at Dundalk on his previous outing, James Nicholson's Ulysses gelding raced in mid-division on the inner before being gradually angled out for racing room on the approach to the elbow. After picking up well on the outer on the run to the final furlong, Lee's mount collared Searcog 50 yards out to score by half a length.  Billy Lee said: "Bit similar here (to Dundalk), we didn't go mad early but today we got racing a long way out - the last day it turned into a bit of a sprint. It suited him.  "Andy was a little bit worried about the ground today, but it is not bad - it is a bit dead, but not heavy or anything like that. He will be a bit better on better ground.  "He travelled around lovely, just had to bide my time and work my way out. As soon as I got out into the daylight, he picked up well and with the cheekpieces on for a reason he was just doing enough going to the line.  "I just felt that he picked up well and I thought I was going to go away and win well, and he just felt like he has just done enough when he has got there.  "I thought it was a nice performance from a three-year-old and hopefully there is another one in him.  "He was a bit on it early, but I was trying to keep my position and we weren't going mad. He'll learn on the job and he will get a mile and a-half down the line no worries."     Additional reporting by Michael Graham
