Tom Mullins is not too discouraged following a disappointing run by Fascile Mode at the Dublin Racing Festival and reports the seven-year-old ‘in great form’ as he considers a couple of upcoming options.

The Walk In The Park gelding is something of a Punchestown specialist having won two hurdle races and a beginners chase at the County Kildare venue and could return there this weekend for the Concept Colours Rated Novice Chase.

“He will either go to Punchestown on Sunday or he will go for the novice handicap in Naas the following Sunday,” said Mullins.

Fascile Mode never got in a blow in the €100,000 Ryanair Handicap Chase and was pulled up before four out in the 2m1f event won by An Peann Dearg.

"They took off at an awful speed at Leopardstown and I'd say he got a fright. I told Danny (Mullins) if it is not working out to pull him up, so he did.

"Hopefully, we can get him back - he is in great form."
