Feane excited by classic entry Conrad John Feane is hoping that his Irish 2,000 Guineas entry Conrad can make his racecourse bow in the near future. The Gleneagles colt is engaged in the classic in May and the Curragh trainer wants to get racecourse experience into the Jim Browne-owned charge. Conrad is the first foal of Simply A Breeze, a Killarney maiden winner for the yard a few years ago. "He's a beautiful, big horse. He's out of a good mare that I trained for Jim Browne, she was rated 99. "He'll run in a couple of races before then (Guineas). We were hoping to get him out early, but the weather has been diabolical and he wants good ground. "He's a fine horse and like an ante-post docket, you need something to live for! "We'll see, but he is a very talented horse." (Michael Graham)
