Punters were off to a great start today at Fairyhouse, when 4/7 favourite Chevalier Country landed the opening race, The Course Signage At Fairyhouse Hurdle under Paddy Flood.
Winning trainer Jim Gorman said afterwards, "He doesn't like being in front but he needs a bit of pace, so we had to go on and make the running with him. He jumped really well today and I don't really know where to go next with him."
