Cappella Sansevero is firmly on track for Royal Ascot as he continues to please trainer Ger Lyons.

The Showcasing colt has a perfect record after three starts, most recently when winning the Marble Hill Stakes at the Curragh.

He is likely to have options at the big meeting in Berkshire later this month, but the five-furlong Norfolk Stakes on June 19 is the likely port of call.

Lyons said: "He's flying, he's in great order. Everything has worked out brilliantly with him.

"He's handled all sorts of ground and his form is being franked every day of the week.

"He'll definitely go for the Norfolk, purely as I think he has the speed for five and he stays six well. He'll get an entry for the Coventry but my gut feeling is the Norfolk."
