Shane Foley recorded a 103/1 double on the evening at Down Royal when getting Honour And Obey up well inside the final furlong to land the House Of Fraser EBF Fillies Maiden. Precious Stone well-backed on track from 100/30 into 2/1 favourite, bidded to make all and appeared to have all her rivals in big trouble over two furlongs out.

However the distress signals went up about a furlong out from Wayne Lordan and she weakened tamely in the final 100 yards, eventually only finishing third as Empress Of Tara (6/1) stayed on well to get within a neck of the winner at the line.

The 12/1 winner is trained by Michael Halford for Gigginstown House Stud.

Foley was also seen to good effect earlier on the card when successfully partnering the Arthur Moore-trained Quinine (7/1) in the opening two-year-old maiden.
