Foley wins Ladies Derby Adrienne Foley was seen to good effect when making it a pillar to post victory aboard the Sean Treacy trained Taralaga in the Thalgo Ladies Derby Handicap in the colours of the Best Of The Rest Syndicate. Winning trainer Treacy said afterwards, “Adi gave her a super ride. She is a true professional, she came in to ride out the filly and studied all of her races and really did her homework and knew everything about the horse.” Treacy also added, “John Oxx recommended me this filly to buy that she is a light framed filly with plenty of ability and I’m very grateful to him for the sound advice. "We’ll see what the handicapper does before we make any plans and she will eventually go jumping.”
