Folkestone off Monday afternoon's meeting at Folkestone has been abandoned due to snow. Although the track passed an initial inspection at 7.30am, a further check was required at 11.45am after more snow at the Kent venue. The meeting was eventually given the go-ahead less than 30 minutes before the start of the first race at 12.25 and although the runners for that event did head out on to the track, they soon returned and the meeting was called off
