It will be a long road back to the top for Manchester United but there were encouraging signs in their narrow 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at Old Trafford last weekend.

In particular, debutants Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha showed why United splashed a combined £133.5million on the pair while Benjamin Sesko is likely to earn his first start at Craven Cottage.

United outperformed the Gunners on xG by 1.52 to 1.31 last week so they should be able to win at Craven Cottage and extend their winning run there to nine games.

However, they are still vulnerable at the back and that is why we have opted for both teams to score and take advantage of BOYLE Sports 3/1 price boost, from 11/4.

It is still unclear who will start a goal for United with Andre Onana not in the squad against Arsenal while his deputy Altay Bayindir looked vulnerable, especially during the corner that led to Richard Calafiori’s goal.

Fulham scored an added-time equaliser to rescue a point at Brighton last weekend and they should at least get a goal against a vulnerable United defence who have kept just one clean sheet in their last eight top-flight games, extending into last season.

    Muniz The Man

Rodrigo Muniz came off the bench to earn Fulham a point at the Amex last weekend and he can consider himself unlucky not to start on the south coast.

After his performance against Brighton, that should be rectified against United and the Fulham number nine is his side’s biggest goal threat.

The 24-year-old scored five goals in nine appearances at the end of last season before an injury ruled him out of Fulham’s last five games.

It looks like that injury has not impacted his ability to find the back of the net and he should thrive against United’s disjointed defence.

Fulham vs Manchester United Tip 2: Rodrigo Muniz to score anytime @ 2/1 with BOYLE Sports

Double Up At Better Than Evens

To complete our Fulham vs Manchester United tips we have opted for a double involving a player from either side.

First up, we are focusing on the aforementioned Cunha and backing him to have over 0.5 shots on target.

The former Wolves forward had an impressive debut against Arsenal with three of his four shots hitting the target — no player had more shots on target in gameweek one.

We will add Luka Sasic to receive a card after the Fulham midfielder committed five fouls against Brighton.

It looks like the Serbian has not changed his playing style after he received a league-best (or worst) 12 yellow cards last season.

Fulham vs Manchester United Tip 3: Matheus Cunha over 0.5 shots on target and Sasa Lukic to be carded @ 15/4 with BOYLE Sports
