Free for ladies at Clonmel Thursday Clonmel Racecourse will be offering free admission for ladies on Thursday May 22nd as part of marketing initiative aimed at attracting more female racegoers. Eugene Cooney, Sales and Marketing Executive at Clonmel Racecourse said: “By hosting a ‘Ladies Night’ at Clonmel we are hoping to encourage more women to come racing and find out how much fun an evening at the races can be. Along with the thrill of the races, we have fantastic spot prizes on offer and live music after racing. It’s also free in for children, as always and we have lots of family entertainment too.” The seven-race national hunt card gets underway at 17.50 on Thursday with the final race off at 9.00.
