The going at Clonmel remains heavy ahead of today's National Hunt meeting which gets underway at 4.10pm.

There was a further 4mm of rain overnight, and the forecast is to be mainly dry today with some more rain overnight into tomorrow.

Meanwhile the ground is currently soft to heavy at Fairyhouse after 11mm of rain overnight.

The Co. Meath track hosts a quality eight-race card on Sunday featuring the Grade 1 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Hurdle, plus three Grade 2 events.
