Galway crowd down after rainy night

The attendance on a rainy night at Galway tonight was down 3,452 on last year's total at Ballybrit.

The Tote aggregate also showed a drop with €852,933 punted this year compared to €899,600 in 2015. A fall of €46,667.

Bookmaker turnover was also down to €946,982 from a figure of €1,323,333 last year. A fall of €376,351.
