Glamazon (5/2jf) got off the mark on her 12th attempt today, landing Ballinrobe’s Brian Forkan Construction Maiden for trainer Jessica Harrington, owners the Glamour & Glory Syndicate and jockey Shane Foley.

Previously a runner-up at Sligo in August, the daughter of Belardo wore cheekpieces today and made all the running, to score a hard-fought neck success over Maximelli .

Glamazon was crediting both Harrington and Foley with their respective fifth wins of the new season.

"She had a good look around, there's plenty to see around here, but she'd been knocking on the door and deserved to get her head in front," said the winning rider.
